Four new homes for the historic St. Louis neighborhood are part of an LCMS National Housing Support Corporation initiative.
The June 6 “Peace and Praise Walk” focuses on the need, efforts and potential to revitalize the North St. Louis neighborhood.
Dozens of people — including some 50 residents of the struggling community — come together for a “Prayer and Praise Walk” Oct. 17.
The grant will be used to purchase nine properties in College Hill, four miles north of downtown St. Louis, and perform demolition and site restoration.

Amid cheers and applause, LCMS and St. Louis leaders cut the ribbon Aug. 23 to recognize the completion of the first home in the Nazareth Homes development in the College Hill neighborhood.
