Missouri Synod Lutherans plan fall filming of Rosa Young documentary

ST. LOUIS, August 28, 2014—A script is ready to go, casting has begun and filming is planned by The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) for Sept. 22-26 in and around Rosebud and Selma, Ala., for the first documentary about the life of Dr. Rosa Jinsey Young, often considered “the mother of black Lutheranism in central Alabama.”
