Sem to host 'Making Abortion Unthinkable' workshop

Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, will host a workshop titled “Making Abortion Unthinkable” Jan. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  The event is designed for adults and older teens.

The workshop will be led and moderated by Dr. Jeffrey Gibbs, professor of exegetical theology at the seminary.  Using video-based presentations, followed by discussion, Gibbs will explore the question of abortion as it relates to apologetics and human reason.

The workshop is intended to give participants a clearer understanding of abortion, and equip them to “speak winsomely, even to non-Christians,” on behalf of the unborn.

Registration is $12 and includes lunch and a manual of materials.  The registration deadline is Jan. 20.

For more information or to register, contact the seminary at 314-505-7486 or ce@csl.edu.
