Meeting Sept. 24-27 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, church leaders at the International Lutheran Council World Conference also elect officers and work at long-term strategic planning for the council.
The initiative provides scholarships for pastors from emerging and partner church bodies to obtain advanced degrees at the two LCMS seminaries.
