Lutheran Bible Translators is partnering with Mekane Yesus Seminary in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, to provide select seminarians with the opportunity to pursue a concentration in biblical languages and Bible translation skills as part of their pastoral preparation.
This year’s conference is planned for Nov. 3-5 in Wichita, Kan., under the theme “Mission at Home: Standing Where You Are Planted.”
The 50-year-old Bible-translation ministry plans to move to the campus of Saint Paul Lutheran High School by September.
