The board also heard a presentation on the Synod’s new national mission emphasis, ‘Making Disciples For Life.’
The conference, held in Fort Wayne, Ind., offered dozens of sectionals, plenty of opportunities for fellowship, and worship at Concordia Theological Seminary and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
Registration is open for “Witness,” the 2019 National LCMS Campus Ministry Conference, set for Jan. 2-5 on the campuses of Purdue University and Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Luther House is home to University Lutheran Chapel, a congregation with a campus ministry led by the Rev. David Kind and Rebecca Wagner, an LCMS national missionary through the Synod’s “Mission Field: USA” initiative.
