It’s interesting that 6 schools have increased their enrollment while 4 have decreased, with most of the decrease at Mequon and Portland.

  2. John J Flanagan says:

It might be helpful if more local LCMS congregations throughout the country promote the Concordia colleges and universities for the young people in their churches, perhaps also offering some scholarship money, grants, and a little financial help. Thus, we are investing in our denomination and in people. It takes a commitment and Lutherans in the Synod must come to the realization we are called as Christians to support Christian education. If everyone donated a little more money and effort, and of course prayers for continued growth….well….God is about action and work..and..just complaining or wishing will never solve problems.

Most important do those two schools present any Gospel OR Christ Centered message in their mailings etc. And how many of those were only enrolled online?

    1. LCMS Church Information Center says:

Thank you for your comment. Online enrollment information is not part of what the schools report to us.
