But did they prove that God didn’t speak? Not so much…

  2. Avatar Priest McLane says:

All science is theories based on observations and repetition of results. I would argue all theories are just that! Just a theory.

I don’t need proof that God exists because we are surrounded by the evidence of God everywhere you look.

From the mysteries of the universe and the majestic sunrise, down to the smallest particle of an atom and every cell of our bodies. Every living creature to every molecule of sands a masterpiece that has God’s signature.

It is written. Seek and you shall find him. Science can keep forming opinions and theories while Jesus and I smile brightly waiting for science to find him…

It would seem that you are confused by the difference between hypothesis and theory!

A hypothesis is either a suggested explanation for an observable phenomenon, or a reasoned prediction of a possible causal correlation among multiple phenomena. In science, a theory is a tested, well-substantiated, unifying explanation for a set of verified, proven factors. A theory is always backed by evidence; a hypothesis is only a suggested possible outcome, and is testable and falsifiable.

  4. To believe that everything came from nothing is against all reality. The early Greeks taught that matter preexisted. Science now acknowledges this is untrue. The Scriptures take us back only one step by revealing that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible (Heb 11:3). What that is remains for God to reveal. But I do not believe that we should paint ourselves into the same corner that the unbeliever has found himself.
