St. Louis sem hosts free carillon recitals

Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, is hosting four carillon recitals on its campus in June.  The public is invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and picnics to enjoy in the main quad or on the seminary grounds near the Luther statue.  There will be an opportunity to meet the guest carillonneur after each concert.

The free concerts are scheduled for consecutive Tuesdays, from 7 to 8 p.m.  Dates and guest carillonneurs are:

  • June 3, with Malgosia Fiebig of Gdansk, Poland.

  • June 10, with Lyn Fuller of Canberra, Australia.

  • June 17, with Karel Keldermans of Springfield, Ill.

  • June 24, also with Keldermans.
