My compliments to the new managing editor, Mr. James H. Heine.

Frankly, I have never read any of the articles in the Witness in the past.
Usually I let it lay around for awhile and the toss it [in the trash].  I could never get past the cover picture, which turned me off. Flipping through the magazine didn’t do anything for me either.

However, I have read the February 2008 issue cover to cover.  The cover picture and headline intrigued me and invited me inside to read informative and interesting articles that were laid out and presented well. Also, the Synod President’s new picture is more attractive and makes a better presentation.

Keep up the good work.  I’m looking forward to the next issue.
